We offer 12 months email and telephone post-course support to all delegates who have completed our training courses. Delegates have the option to subscribe to receive additional exercises to practise what they have learnt during the course.

Sometimes off-the-shelf software just doesn’t cut it. We have written many bespoke software solutions over the years which have helped companies to streamline their processes and procedures.
Gain full control over your bespoke systems! We will teach you how to create and setup your own software tools and databases giving you full control over any changes or additions to your systems without incurring any further costs.
Microsoft Office Support
All attendees receive twelve months’ phone / email support after their course. Baseline recognises the fact that learning happens when attendees try and apply their learning back in the workplace. Baseline bridges the gap of learning and applying through our helpdesk support. Attendees that will not regularly use the application they have been trained on can subscribe to our continued learning programme through receiving extra exercises by email to keep the topics fresh in their minds.
Attendees have the option to contact the Baseline Helpdesk after any softskills training to help with implementing a process or give advise on how to tackle a sensitive issue.
Baseline’s developing team is at hand to help with any bespoke systems within an organisation where there may no longer be the expertise available in-house, or we can look at existing systems and either teach in-house staff to use and support the system or develop an alternative solution.
