Bernard has had over 35 years’ experience in management and IT. He has extensive experience in providing professional consulting and training in a variety of commercial and engineering areas, as well as significant technical experience. He has been involved with designing and running management training and communication skills courses, and has broad experience in training people to manage themselves and others, to negotiate successfully and to achieve dynamic presentations of themselves and their organisations.
Marieta has been involved in organising and developing training courses for over 18 years. She has consulted with and delivered seminars and in-house courses to over 230 companies and organisations in the last four years. She has been involved in designing and running bespoke training in areas such as recruitment & selection, interview skills, customer care, assertiveness and several ILM leadership and management training. Marieta has extensive knowledge in various Microsoft products and is therefore able to transfer her business acumen in the use of these products into the classroom.
Marion has over fifteen years’ experience in delivering high-quality, successful training, focusing on Microsoft Office. Marion has that gift that puts delegates at ease and makes their learning a lot of fun and enjoyable.
Marion has created and delivered a wide range of tailored courses for clients to support their specific needs.
Harry is highly skilled in upskilling individuals and teams by providing Presentation Skills, Time & Project management training, Team leadership and managerial courses. These courses build on Harry’s knowledge and experience as a senior member of an office equipment sales team as well as his hands-on leadership and instruction during his time leading a technical team.
Harry has delivered many highly rated and successful courses to charities, including MSF in the UK and overseas, and to teams from engineering and logistics organisations.

Baseline operates from a listed Georgian building in Banbury, Oxfordshire, situated 60 miles north-west of London. Public and closed computer and management courses are run here in our fully equipped training rooms.
