Introduction
This one day course teaches how to deal with sensitive personal issues in
the workplace. You will get tips on dealing with subjects such as poor
personal hygiene and appearance, bad timekeeping, misuse of email and
internet, personality clashes, performance issues and even substance abuse
and dishonesty. At the end of the course you will have solid methods you
can use to enhance your ability to manage a range of sensitive problems
you might encounter as a manager.
