Baseline delivers

 

Baseline focuses on providing cost-effective expert help in areas such as project management skills, systems design, database design, implementation and tuning, programming, knowledge management and network performance, as well as offering more standard training in areas such as customer care skills, assertiveness training, stress awareness, team building and others. In addition, Baseline offers standard and advanced courses on most of the leading PC packages.

 

Courses are either scheduled, where a fixed yet flexible syllabus is delivered to delegates from a variety of organisations, or bespoke, where a course is developed or tailored to meet the individual requirements of the client organisation. Baseline works in close cooperation with the client organisation during the development of bespoke courses.

 

Baseline’s clients come from both the private and public sector.  We pride ourselves on our professional approach and delivery of courses. This is reflected in the fact that, in the last two years, we have run approximately 1000 courses, representing over 3000 delegates, for organisations throughout the UK and in mainland Europe.
